Six Ways to Ask Better Questions in Interviews


  1. Ask about the person’s actions: habits and practices
  2. Ask forward questions: “What’s the best part in the next thing you’re doing?”
  3. Open ended questions: “How do you do that? How do you feel about that? How did it go?”
